Welcome to Kauhale Makai 126, a MODERN, newly renovated oceanfront condo fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home on vacation. We invite you to stay and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful Kauhale Makai (Village by The Sea) resort.

This condo offers; fully stocked kitchen with many kitchen accessories, and comes fully equipped with beach towels, chairs, umbrella, a cooler and much more for wonderful days at the beach.

The master bedroom has a luxuriously comfortable king size bed, a Smart TV for you to stream all of your favorite shows and movies.

The living room has a comfortable pull-out sofa bed with a queen mattress, as well as TV and WiFi. Tasteful decor throughout give this home an added element of beachy chic. The kitchen will meet all your needs, the appliances and accessories are all there for you to create memorable meals at home. This condo also offers Central AC to keep you cool.

This oceanfront complex has immaculately maintained grounds, including a heated pool, a hot tub, a BBQ area, and plenty of parking, and just a short walk to the closest beach.

Great condo, good location, had everything we needed! Much appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrella to use! The pool and BBQ areas were clean and well kept. We spent a lot of time on the beach and loved it was only a few steps away from the condo! Would definitely recommend!!

Had a great trip! Place was clean and fresh. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. Right outside back door was BBQ area. AC was delightful. Location was close to town and stores. Was on working trip and internet had some drops but able to manage. Would stay here again and highly recommend. Host was great. Thank you!

Nice stay for Thanksgiving 2024

This was a nice and comfortable unit. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was exactly as advertised. I would stay there again.

A month without winter

Nice little apartment on ground floor looking onto the center of the building complex. Nice view of the putting green and BBQ area and pool access from the lanai. The north mountain is easily visible in the background. It is right across from the elevator lobby which made for a bit of noise each morning and evening but overall a quiet building. Wifi and tv worked great. The bed and furniture were comfortable. AC worked very well and there was always a cross breeze through the apartment if you open the patio doors. There are beach chairs and a large cooler bag that we used daily. Beach umbrellas as well. The grounds are well maintained and the staff was very good in cleaning up after the January flood that left the streets and parking lot a mess. The BBQ were spotless every morning and the pool well maintained. This pool is Not heated any longer but was comfortable by the end of the trip. The apartment had everything you needed for a short stay , but could use some cleaning product for shower and toilet For guests staying longer than a week. Kitchen counter needs replacement But all appliances worked great. The lanai is beside a main sidewalk entering the building so foot traffic can be expected. Miles of beach to walk right across the grounds. Every thing is a short drive or a healthy walk away. We loved the building and location and have already booked for next year.
