Spacious rooms with lots of windows overlooking the golf course, mountains and Tillamook Head.
Walk out the door to bike, hike, walk, beachcomb,clam dig, kayak, surf, golf, dine. The Putter Room at the golf course for breakfast and lunch across the street, U St Pub 1 blk for lunch, dinner, spirits, Kens Market for groceries/sundries.
Walk to town for shopping and dining. Movies & outlet mall 5 min drive.
Four generations of our family love and enjoy spending time in Seasie and in this sweet, comfy home and we know you will too.

We had a great time. This was our first time on the Oregon Coast. It was very cozy and felt like a home away from home. Very close to the beach and a market less than a block away. We just needed somewhere to sleep really as we enjoy being outdoors majority of the time. It was exactly what we were looking for. Great stay for my husband and I plus our doggies.
The beach just a 5 minute walk from the Beach House.

Grandmas house

Great location, clean, close to the beach, store and good eats. The house and wooden furniture reminded me of my grandmas house as a kid. We would stay here again.

Great Location and one of our favorite areas to stay. Walking distance to the beach and some of the best local food places. The house was comfortable with an amazing bed. It could do with a few upgrades but we were basically there just to sleep. Amazing place to stay if you have pets with an enclosed back yard.

Perfect Family Rental

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this rental. It met the needs of our family perfectly and the location was fantastic. It was a short walk to the beach and to the Seaside market (in case you need more milk ;). The master bedroom bed was also incredibly comfortable and I had the best night sleep while visiting!!

Excellent! Love this place! Our third stay!

We had an incredible week at this Seaside Beach house! The layout was perfect for the 4 of us and our pup! The location is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and across the street from the golf course. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, really appreciated the fenced yard for our pup and everything was very clean! Thank you so very much for a grest vacation spot! We will be back!

Another nice stay

This was about our 3rd or 4th stay at this house. Still appreciate the fenced yard, easy access to beaches and food, and cozy living room to relax in when the weather is nasty!

I think this was our 4th time staying here & we just love it! New carpet has been installed since we were there last year & it looks wonderful! There was a little hiccup before we got there, but Jackie called to let me know, it ended up being taken care of before we got there. Hoping to stay again this year

Charming & Comfy

This home is lovely. Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Clearly a home that is used by the owner’s family. What a good location too. Directly across from the golf course and close enough to walk to the promenade. Far enough from all the crowds in the high season, but still convenient to enjoy all the activities. We would book again. I personally liked the family’s homage to their father and childhood. Also, perfect for a small dog with a wonderful fenced yard and easy access.

Cozy stay that felt like home

We spent New Year’s eve weekend here with the 4 of us. The property served our needs well, had comfortable seating and ample space for both couples. The layout was nice with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for privacy. We had plenty of room to play board games and spread out and not feel crowded. To note, they could use some updated kitchen fry pans that are not carcinogenic great stay

very comfortable house, great location

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We have loved both experiences. The kitchen is well stocked, you can cook a good meal in it. Television has regular cable which we appreciate. Nice king-size bed in the master that is comfortable. Second bedroom has a queen size bed that is also comfortable. Great location just a few blocks to the promenade. Fenced yard for our dogs is a plus and good offstreet parking. We will definitely stay here in the future!

Lovely property in Seaside!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It's such a cute and very clean home very close to the beach and promenade. There's a fenced in yard for your dog. The kitchen is well-equipped. My only two complaints are, the master bed has a topper of some sort that makes the bed very soft. Also, the shower head in the second bathroom needs to be updated. Other than that, I absolutely recommend staying here while visiting Seaside!

We chose to keep the house because children, grandchildren, and great granchildren love spending time in Seaside and the home.

Relaxing in the sun filled living room with South and West views. Walking the 1.5 mile prom and beach. Surfing the 'cove'.Hanging out on the beach. Enjoying the sun on the front deck. Putting together a great meal with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy it.
