The location was a great spot to get to San Juan national historic site and the old town area will be far enough away that it wasn’t terribly expensive compared to some of the properties in old town.

Fantastic location

Sylvia's place worked great for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) plenty of space, great location, walkable to a wonderful beach and many restaurants. Easy to grab an Uber if going to other parts of town.

We needed a place for a few days while in San Juan before heading to the west coast. This place was perfect. Close to restaurants, quiet, easy uber pickup to get into Old San Juan and walkable to the beach. Clean, good communication with the host. Would stay there again

Pros: The property is in a very central, convenient location, and the host was consistently responsive to my messages.Cons: The property was misrepresented and had several significant issues. We were informed the night before arrival that the promised gated parking wasn’t available, only street parking. The entry process was cumbersome with multiple manual keys, and a broken door latch eventually locked us out. We also experienced a water outage (which are common in PR); while the host had provided some jugs, we had to rely on a neighbor's assistance to get through it. Overall, the unit did not feel very clean or well-maintained, and I would not stay here again.

Great short stay in Puerto Rico

Great place to stay while waiting for our cruise to disembark from Puerto Rico.Only complain was a couple cockroaches which were around the property when we checked in. This is a common problem when it rains in P.R. The only person it really bothered was my 75 year old mother.We contacted the host and she organized someone to come and spray while we were touring San Juan.All in all, a great place to stay!

Owner Sylvia is very communicative. She responds promptly. The small hiccups that were quickly taken care of was appreciated! Very close proximity to beach (2 blocks). Uber accessible. If you want to cook...the kichen has everything needed to do so. Bathrooms has necessities as well. Beds are comfortable. Overall it was a decent stay!
