The room was over priced. The balcony door doesn’t latch very good and rattles when it’s windy outside, no hot water at the kitchen sink or bathroom sink and washing dishes in cold water, there is a sign in the cabinet above the kitchen sink stating that the dishes aren’t sanitized do to no hot water.

Thank you for your feedback. We were not made aware of any hot water concerns during your stay — the building provides centralized hot water and we would have promptly reported this to maintenance had we known. The notice in the kitchen is a state-required posting for all licensed vacation rentals and is not related to any issue in the unit. Coastal winds in Daytona can occasionally cause balcony doors to rattle, but we will have this checked. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address anything right away.
