The house is in a great location, and worked well for our family. It was suitable and had everything we need for our week. Note that there is no dishwasher, but that was fine. Otherwise we were happy with our stay and would gladly stay again.

We loved staying at this place. It's the first floor of a house with two bedrooms (one with a queen and a single and, in our case, room for a Pac 'n Play for a baby), one bathroom, a small sitting area, a dining room table (6) and the best stocked kitchen EVER in my many years of staying at VRBOs.On top of that, the hosts were super helpful, very responsive and accessible. It's a great location -- a short walk to the beach/playground, to the main drag with shops/restaurants, and to the amazing library (your kids will LOVE it -- young and older kids). I highly recommend this.

Great communication. We stayed in the down stairs. Very clean. Super quite. Had everything and more. The kitchen was well stocked. We stayed the weekend but did not cook. The bed was comfortable. No one stayed in the other room so I don’t know how comfortable it was. Great location. Only a couple blocks from everywhere. I highly recommend.

This place was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. The location allowed us to enjoy the town, even in the wintery weather. Would stay here again.

Place was really clean and welcoming. It was a little musty smelling however once we got the window shaker moving some air it was fine. Only thing I would recommend was to let people in the future know that there is people living or staying upstairs. And had heavy feet early in the morning walking around. It from what I could see in the listing it did not state people were on the upper level. However I would stay again

Everything was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, well furnished & appointed rooms with all the supplies needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and within easy walking distance to downtown. We would definitely book this property again!

Wedding Wonderland

We came up for a wedding and loved this location. We were able to walk downtown which we enjoyed. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready, hang out and sleep. Very clean and loved all the kitchen appliances and tools.

I loved the location of the home! It was only two blocks from the beach and three blocks from downtown and the pier! Everything was good, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, but the beds were very uncomfortable, so much so most of my family had trouble sleeping. It's an easy fix, just adding a memory foam topper would make a world of difference. Overall we enjoyed our time in Charlevoix!

Well laid out (all the switches and drawers were labeled!) and most needs provided for. Comfortable place for young families! I did not realize initially that we were only renting the first floor - there are other tenants on the second floor. Usually we only rent entire houses. D'oh. Also, the unit does not have a dishwasher. You must hand wash, dry and shelf dishes before you leave, per the departure instructions. I noticed that several dishes and utensils weren't washed well by the previous renters and had to wash everything before we initially used it too.

We love staying here. You can truly enjoy Charlevoix right from your front door. Our second time staying here and would come back again. Clean. Comfy. Well stocked. Communication was easy with hosts. If you’re looking for a quiet downtown Charlevoix experience with lots of walkable options for enjoyment, this is a gem.
