We have ADDITIONAL AVAILABILITY IN June, September & October. Our calendar is up to date.

MAJOR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR UPDATES COMPLETED IN 2020, 2021,2022. All new Windows and Doors, Appliances + AIR CONDITIONING added THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE IN 2022.



We do not rent the property during Memorial Day, the week of July 4th or Labor Day weekend or between mid October and May (the house is not winterized).
