Arrive in the Hogwarts Express. It is Harry Potters Hogwarts very near to the magic kingdom. Our backyard is a true nature lovers paradise. Frequently visited by eagles, swans, cranes and migratory birds and with a backyard in a wide-open preserve as far as eye can see. Hogwarts and Hogsmeade and the forbidden forest.

Lots of serene spaces in your private island of Storey Lake. Private screened pool with spa and close to amenities. Our Home is situated in midst of a preserve on a quiet side of community, yet minutes away from parks, restaurants, shopping and all amenities.

Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, offers a wide range of amenities designed to provide a fun and relaxing experience for guests of all ages. Amenities include water activities such as lazy river, water slides, splash pad, resort-style pools. Our resort offers multiple activities including mini-golf, kayak rentals for use in our community lake, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts as well as state of art fitness center. There are multiple play areas for family and kids - older and younger children.

Our 2 club houses have lazy rivers, tiki bars, cabanas, private sand beaches, golf cart shuttle service for commuting within the community, concierge services, a community dock and a boardwalk for leisurely strolls. There are picnic areas with fire pits for evening gatherings and miles and miles of walking trails. This is Storey Lake, a beautiful family friendly resort community so close to Disney, Universal, Seaworld and all the parks Orlando has to offer.

Our home is well stocked with all resort amenities, a private pool that backs to a green preserve, no rear Neighbours. Our game room has arcade games, hoops, Xbox and smart TVs in every room.

Grill offered as a courtesy; no propane provided.

Pool heat is offered at an additional $60/night. We ask pool heat to be scheduled at least 2 days before your arrival date to allow for heating.

Tip: Pool has lights to swim at night. Openness and plenty of light and sunshine all day long. Pool heat in winters is highly recommended, though we are at mercy of personal and pool equipment on especially cold days. No refunds.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Sign out of accounts used to login to apps on TV's. Turn off TV's, Game Consoles, Fans, lights. Put TV, Fan/Light remotes in wall holders.
Lock the pool access door (master suite), patio sliding door. Flush close and lock the front door (after closing press lock button).
If you used the grill, please clean up. Turn off propane (tight)

This house was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully immersive in the Harry Potter theme, especially in the bedrooms. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with the host was wonderful. The water pressure was excellent, the house comfortably accommodated all 18 of us, and the temperature stayed just right throughout our entire vacation, even when it was cold outside. We would absolutely love to come back!

Overall our stay was wonderful. The house was as shown on VRBO. The only problem we had was the refrigerator and freezer the compressor went out but it was taken care of. The only thing that I would recommend is a full size ironing board for the house for guest who do iron their clothes. I would stay there again.

Awesome stay close to everything

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location is perfect, less than 15 minutes to Disney parks, 20 minutes to Universal and Airport. lots of restaurants we liked the king o' falafel nearby must try for all. Just a short walk to Bronson club with spanking new water park and short drive to main resort. Wildlife is plenty to watch including alligators, white cranes, swans and eagles in the preserve behind the home. The home is close to target and everything shopping nearby. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. The host provided us with all the necessary information and was always available if we had any questions. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking our meals. The bed was comfortable, and we had a restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Vacation full of memories

Sixteen members of our family gathered in Orlando this week, before one of the families moves to Europe this summer. We were fortunate enough to find this home and it was so perfect! Comfortably furnished with game room and so many amenities, and great location. We went to Universal Studios for 3 days, and it was very convenient, about 15 mins away. With so many people, flying in from California and Boston, some driving from Tennessee, it was wonderful to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The community amenities were also great. We had a fantastic time! The owner, Raj was pleasant to work with, and the maintenance people were helpful when we had a question. The only suggestion I would make is to prepare people that washcloths, hand towels, dish towels and dishcloths are not provided. We bought some easily at Target nearby. We also really never figured out how to heat the pool, since the weather was so cool. But we got the spa heated and the kids didn't mind the pool being cold! Before we realized a week stay just melted away, beautiful Florida weather. We would recommend this to anyone for a great vacation.

Absolutely beautiful home with so many unique details and decor perfect for our harry potter loving family! Very well maintained and clean. The kids loved the game room and we were pleasantly surprised that the noise was well contained and didnt disrupt the rest of the house. We loved bird watching from the pool area and the outdoor tv area as well. We had a bit of trouble getting the grill to light and heat up. And, although Raj our host worked diligently to fix the pool heater, it just didnt quite get fixed before our stay ended. He was so kind and prompt with communication and keeping us updated. The kids didnt mind the cooler pool but we wished we could have used the spa. We went to at least 1 of the 2 community waterparks everyday. All in all a wonderful family reunion gathering!

Geweldig huis!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit mooie huis. Er is veel ruimte, alles is aanwezig incl handdoeken. Het huis ligt centraal waardoor je snel in de parken of outlets bent. De kinderen vonden de spelletjes hal helemaal geweldig Het huis is schoon
