Convenient location

Very responsive owner. Property is located close to Albufeira Old Town although the old town is pretty lively! Just be aware that the three 'basement' bedrooms don't have natural light. We were a party of 6 golfers and the property was great for us and with a pool table added some evening entertainment!

Fantastic villa close to Old Town

Pedro's villa is a beautiiful place to stay. The villa is iimmaculately clean and has everything you will need for your stay.The pool was lovely and clean and a blessing when youve been in the hot sun. We were met by Pedro's mother on our arrival ( a lovely helpful very friendly lady) she showed us at round the villa and told us how everything worked, gave us directions to Old Town just a 10 minute walk, the closest supermarkets and resturants . Thankyou pedro for a great villa holiday please thank your dear mother and could you please pass on my may thanks to your pool man who took me to hospital when I became unwell

we were there 6 weeks, Feb -March. The house is not prepared for winter months . To sleep in basement without the windows and ventilation is very unpleasant. The house is very close to big road ( nothing about it in presentation), the traffic is heavy and disturbing even during the night. The host is fantastic, always ready to help in everything.- Equipment in the house was good. Difficult to keep clean because of the road. We liked the sun, it was all day long. it is near to the shops and centrum of the town.

Long weekend away

Perfect location away from the new and old Town with the old Town a 15 minute walk away and a taxi to the new town on Uber costing around €3.50! The whole booking and organizing process was made simple and easy through Pedro's great communication and all the information he provided. Would highly recommend!

Bon accueil de la malan du propriétaire Maison donnant sur la rue donc bruyante Manque évident d’entretien de cette maison beaucoup de choses à rénover La maison n’était pas vraiment propre à notre arrivé.

Dear Adeline, Thank you very much for your comments. After reading your comments I find it strange that you didn't said nothing of the problems with the cleaning or with the maintenance during the stay so we could solve it. you didn't said what was not working, or what was not cleaned. In this pandemic times, we leave the house closed the max time possible after the guest do the check out, and even if I had to rush the cleaning team because of the early check in that you requested, that is no excuse for any cleaning problems, so I'm very sad that you didn't said nothing, so we could check and fix it. About the maintenance just this year we changed all the beds and mattresses of the lower floor rooms, and the mattress of the middle floor room and have brand new chairs on the dining table. Because you didn't specified the problems you encountered, we cannot improve the things you found sub par. About the busy street, the windows have double glass, so the noise is minimized the most. Again we are very sorry about you not having the best experience, and even more sorry that you did not mention anything about it during or after the stay, to me or my housekeeper. I can assure you that we are keen on continuous improving our guests experience and their stay. All the best to you and your family. Regards Pedro Coelho

Perfect for large families

Lovely sized villa with great swimming pool and large bedrooms The old town is a lovely 15minute stroll away and you have 2 large supermarkets 5 minutes in either direction The owner of the villa and his family are very kind and couldn't do enough for us Please give this villa a try!!!!!

Great Vacation, Great Location

great vacation for our family. the villa is in great condition, has all things you need for a great time. kids loved it, and adults also. close to downtown, had great time at the restaurants. would recommend surely. The host was nice and always available to us.
