Escape to this amazing, 4500 sq ft home in the sought after gated community of BellaVida Resort. With 12 bedrooms and 11 1/2 bathrooms, most bedrooms have en-suite full bathrooms and only two share a hallway bathroom upstairs. The bedrooms set up is perfect including a mix of king, full, and twin beds, this property is great for large groups. Enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, a movie room, and game tables in the garage, and being next door to the clubhouse you have full and easy access to the amenities there such as gym, movie room, computer room, Olympic heated pool and jacuzzi, also next to the clubhouse there’s a basketball court and volleyball court for your enjoyment. You're sure to make simply perfect memories with a stay at our beautiful home.

Please check all doors are locked specially pool area glass doors as cleaning staff and maintenance might not make it to the property right away after your departure. Thank you.
Garbage bags or large items that do not fit inside the garbage receptacle outside the home, need to be taken to the compactor located by the roundabout on Alberto Circle and Marcello Blvd
Please check underneath beds for personal items and plugs for connectors, we're not responsible for items left behind, but will make an effort to return items found at guests expense.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home, you may smoke in the pool area or outside by main entrance area. There will be a $250 fee if smoke is detect
Pets are NOT allowed, there will be a $450 fee for pets brought to clean carpets and furniture. Service animals will be permitted paying the same fee.
