This modern and beautiful vacation home is the perfect getaway located close to the theme parks, outlets, restaurants and grocery stores; offers guests comfort & luxury. The perfect place to spend on a relaxing day in between visits to the parks.

As you enter this lovely home, you will be impressed with the the spacious hallway and living room. The living room is a great place to relax in comfort after a busy day at the many attractions.

Step out and relax on your screened pool deck or take a swim.

The dinning room has upgraded table and 4 dinning chairs. Space enough for the whole family to eat comfortably.

The kitchen has everything we think you will need to have a great family meal. From wine glasses to dishwasher, from teaspoon to fridge/freezer. With of course that most important coffee maker and teapot.

There is your own personal laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer.

Kitchen : new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, Cooking pots pans, plates, cups, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, knives.

Disney+, ESPN+, HULU live tv, and highspeed wifi is provided!

For the comfort of our guests, we provide starter toilet paper, 2 shampoos and 2 soaps in hotel size per bathroom. We also offer a dish washing kit that has 1 detergent, 1 sponge, dishwasher soap, 3 paper towel rolls and 3 extra trash bags. We provide extra towels as well!

Amazing pool and patio area

Host is great and responsive. Cant say enough about the pool area. Only issue I had was with the grill I paid to use. It was locked when I arrived but host responded right away and gave me code and location of cord needed to run grill. No cord anywhere so couldnt use.

The exterior of the house was not as pictured on the listing. We actually double-checked the address because we thought we might be at the wrong place. The lawn was unkept, and there was overflowing trash at the curb.The inside of the home was clean; however, it is in need of updates. Several cabinets did not close properly. Basic supplies were lacking—there were no paper towels or hand soap, and there was not enough toilet paper for a home advertised to sleep 10 guests. Realistically, the home sleeps 8, as the additional two guests are expected to sleep on the couch.The pool enclosure area had torn screens, which was disappointing.Overall, the space is fine, but it was not what was shown online.

Everything was good for a quick stay. I wasn’t told that there was going to be a charge until Friday night when I called and asked. The heater for the pool never warmed the pool and I was still charged $35 from Friday to Sunday morning. That was the only down fall.

Hi! In the description say the heater pool is with additional cost. You can check again as I said before and you will see that. The pool heater needs to be set for your preference. If you select 75F will not be the same as at 85 or 90F. I’m glad you liked the house. 🤗

Horrible! Black mold everywhere and the place was dirtier than our dog boarding facility. The lights in the second bath didn't work and we had to put a lamp in there. The sheets you ask? Forget a top, only got a bottom sheet and one of the pillowcases had a blood stain. Sliding door was a pain to open/close and trash all over the yard. We got there at 2AM and needed sleep but left that same morning. Messaged and text the owner pictures about a partial refund and was ghosted after a few messages. Told him we had an immunocompromised guest and the "host/owner" didn't care!
