This was my first time visiting Wilmington. What a quaint town. Great food and night life. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. You can’t beat the location.

Spent our anniversary weekend here! Had every amenity, was very clean, and had amazing hosts who checked in on us. Perfect location to Riverwalk and walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect

Perfect for 2 people. Clean, updated, central. Parking was a quick walk away and came in handy on a busy holiday weekend. Bed was very comfortable!

We had a great stay here! The location was PERFECT! Right downtown across from the riverwalk and not far from the main downtown. Overall just amazing. Best location. Super clean, one of the cleanest I have ever been in. The Murphy bed was sooo comfortable. I wasn’t expecting that. The shower and bathroom were very large and handicap accessible which is really nice. The shower does already come with the essentials of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. However, I always like to bring my own as well as razor and other essential. So, just as a small recommendation, it would be helpful to have some sort of small higher up shelf or hanging basket to set them in. There is a handicap bench which is what I used for my items but it made it very hard to shower with it down the whole time. But for handicap and people who don’t bring their own items, it was great! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need although I didn’t use it much. They even provided a few snack bars which was nice and I ate for breakfast some mornings! Tv worked great, air conditioning and fan worked great. It was a very quiet area as well. No noise issues at all. The parking pass is a life saver! The lot is about 2 blocks away but that was not an issue one bit. I love to walk. Host communication was also amazing. Super responsive, helpful, and accommodating! The whole stay was perfect. I would stay again and highly recommend this place!

Great location! Super cute, safe and clean, and the a/c worked amazingly well! Loved the location...super close to riverwalk (just across the street) and downtown, but tucked into a sweet, quiet little area. Hosts were easy to reach, helpful, and kind. Would definitely come back again!
