Kick back and relax in this quiet community. Lake Norman Cottage is located off Stutts Rd across from Inland Sea Marina with ramp usage rights to both Inland Sea and Stutts Marina. Updated interior, lush gardens, fish pond, a large deck and a private fire pit. Open floor plan is great for family and guest entertaining. Long driveway will accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Conveniently located 2 miles to grocery stores and local restaurants and 5 miles from I-77. No smoking or pets.

A lovely place to stay

My friends and I booked this place to stay during the renaissance festival. We had a wonderful stay, great communication with the host and overall the home is lovely. It’s exactly as listed and we would definitely stay here again!

Cute cottage near Lake Norman

We stayed in the cottage so that we could evaluate the area for a possible move here. It was the perfect location and enabled us to experience the Lake Norman area and all its amenities. The cottage was well stocked with coffee, spices, dishes, cooking equipment, etc. Loved the backyard too!

Enjoyed the fall at Lake Norman state park and the quaint restaurants around town. House was situated halfway between the shops and trails, easy driving. House was very charming and secure

Nice cottage close to Lake Norman. Convenient location. Beds mediocre, bath towels thin and not absorbent. Kitchen not well stocked, dishwasher soap. Liked two beds/two baths. One bedroom, one bath were small. Outside garden of property was once beautiful as indicated by photo album in the rental but the garden needed some care.
