Charming, Quaint Pondside Cabin

From the moment we pulled up to The Cozy Cabin, we were in love with this little gem. Located on a farm property, there is no lack of beautiful vistas. The cabin is immaculately clean with cozy decor. With a beautiful picture window overlooking a pond in the distance, it does not get much better. There is plenty to do outside including lounging on the deck, enjoying the hammock swings, or playing in the ball field. Inside, you have ample sleeping space, a full kitchen and a great open living space. On top of that, they left us a bottle of wine. 10/10 experience!

Cozy home away from home!

We were traveling for our son to play at Cooperstown Dreams Park and found the perfect place to spend the week. We were about 12 minutes away from the fields. The scenery around the cabin was beautiful with ponds to fish in and horses to pet. The cozy cabin was extremely clean and welcoming and provided everything we needed. The host was great and made things easy for us. We highly recommend this place!

this place with love was lovely with lots of extras that I didn’t expect.

this property was lovely and there were lots of extra things when I got here so don’t rush to buy everything that you think you might need because it’s already here. Have a great week.

Relaxing and super close to Dreams Park

Frank was a wonderful host. We had a couple of issues (an appliance not working) and he immediately fixed them. This was a wonderful place to relax in between games at Dreams Park. It took us right at 10 minutes to get to the fields. It was so lovely to come to this property, secluded from the rest of the world and the baseball crowds, to relax!

This place is amazing!!! First off the hosts were friendly, accommodating and responsive. Most communications via text were replied to within minutes. The property was perfect. We were in town for dreams park and it was just the right distance for us to get away but close enough that it wasn’t a far drive. The property was beautiful with ponds, baseball field and firepits. I suggest bringing fishing poles as the bass were biting. Inside the Cabin was clean, neat and tidy. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and dishes. The bbq was a plus as we like to outdoor cook. Everything worked great and having the laundry inside was the best. Overall we absolutely recommend the cozy cabin for anyone looking for something that has everything.
