Make cherished memories with family and friends during a special stay at The Upper Suites at Chipman Inn. Housed in a beautifully preserved 19th-century building, each of our four historic rooms features a private, fully modern 21st-century bathroom for your comfort.



Downstairs, enjoy the warmth of personal touches throughout the inn. You may see the innkeeper on hand to assist should you need anything. The main level includes a spacious dining room that seats 20 and a cozy sitting room where we’ve hosted gatherings of up to 30 guests.



The entire upstairs is reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring complete privacy with no interaction from our staff or other guests—only your group is permitted upstairs. Each bedroom is equipped with a lock and keypad code for added peace of mind.



While our rooms are TV-free, we provide remarkably fast internet for those who’d like to stay connected or stream shows and movies on personal devices. Given the limited cell service in the area, our Wi-Fi is a convenient way to stay connected—or, if you prefer a break from tech, enjoy a peaceful retreat without distractions.



Our commercial kitchen isn’t accessible to guests, but our skilled cook is available to provide a delightful breakfast each morning. With advance notice, we’re pleased to arrange a specially catered dinner to elevate your experience.
