The pictures of this property are several years old, and the place was filthy, we checked in, and had to leave due to the state of the home. Repeatedly tried to ask for a refund, and got stonewalled, then got several form letter emails about our stay. Will be contacting VRBO for a refund.

Thanks for the feedback. A few clarifications for future guests reading this. The listing photos are current and accurate. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival, as it is between every stay. We responded to every message you sent, but the conversation focused on a full refund within hours of check-in rather than on specific issues we could resolve. The consistent positive feedback from guests both before and after your stay reflects the home's actual condition.
