Hamilton's Reserve holiday lettings

We cannot recommend this home enough. The space, facilities and furnishings were excellent. Loved late evenings in the spa area of the pool and early mornings with coffee and breakfast at the poolside table area. The beds were fabulously comfortable and extra spacious! The host was great at responding to requests and queries. We shall certainly check if this property is available before making our next trip to the area.

The house is lovely and we will definitely be back, it was just a shame that we chose the first week of the Covid-19 restrictions for our break. That being said, Rick was excellent, helping us out when we had to change our flight plans to get home and making the stress of the overall experience manageable for us. We have been to Central Florida many times and love the place, but this will be one trip we always remember. We will be back.

We had three wonderful weeks here in August. The house was ideal for the three of us ( wife & I and 12yo son), with all the facilities that we needed. The pool area was great, catching the full sun in the morning and cooling off nicely as the sun moves around in the afternoon. The location is brilliant. Located in a cul-de-sac, it was very quiet, with a mixture of rental properties and permanent residents. Being at the eastern end of the US192, almost everything was to the west, with 2 or 3 route options to the main attractions. With so much development in recent years at the western end (and the US27) that end can get really heavy with traffic, but we had no problems from where we were. There is a huge Walmart 5 minutes away and plenty of good restaurants (highly recommend Applebee's and Smokey Bones) within a 10-minute drive. The house felt like a regular family home. It was clean and (very importantly!) cool, although the A/C does start up with a bang. The only small criticisms were that the doors on the kitchen cupboards could do with new hinges (I like my gaps to be level and equal ;-) ) and it seemed odd not having a switch for the main living room light just inside the front door, meaning that you have to walk across the room to find a light switch. Overall, we loved the house, and Colin is extremely quick at replying to messages, whether it's before your holiday or during. We wouldn't hesitate to choose this house if we were ever lucky enough to go to Orlando again.
