The property was ideally located for us to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame.Everything was clean and the rooms and beds were comfortable. The most outstanding item was the communication with Eula and Mary Jo. They were extremely responsive to our questions and inquiries. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful visit and the communication from the host could not have been better! The house is located on a beautiful property, and we enjoyed our evenings on the front porch watching the sunset. We were in town for the Cooperstown baseball tournament at All-Star Village and the trip from the house took about 30ish minutes which we found totally manageable. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful renovated farm house. Very peaceful and quiet. The owners definitely care about their home and want their guests to have a great stay. The management company isn’t as attentive.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the farmhouse—it truly means a lot to us. We’ve poured so much love into renovating it and are always grateful when guests can feel the peace and care that went into every detail. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the management experience. Your note has not gone unnoticed. In fact, we’ve recently made the decision to transition to a new management company—one that better aligns with the level of attentiveness and hospitality we want every guest to experience from start to finish. Thank you again for staying with us, and for sharing your thoughts in such a thoughtful way. We’d love to welcome you back in the future, with an even smoother and more personalized experience. Warmest regards

The house is beautiful, comfortable. The house wasn’t clean. The dryer machine was turn on with the towels, the bathroom trash can didn’t have bags. Honestly the house is amazing only needs a best admin.

Dear Alba, Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. I’m truly glad you enjoyed the beauty and comfort of the home — that’s always our goal. I want to sincerely apologize for the oversights you experienced regarding the cleaning and setup. After reviewing the situation closely, we’ve made some important changes. We have transitioned away from our previous on-site management and cleaning provider, and we’ve since brought in a new professional who shares our commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and guest care. Please know that your feedback was taken to heart and has already helped us raise the bar. I’m confident that future guests — and hopefully yourself, should you return — will have a noticeably elevated experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and for helping us grow. Warmest regards, Eula
