The kitchen is full sized and well equipped. The furnishing is contemporary. The grounds are 1.75 acres with large oak trees, palm trees, and tropical plants. In the summer eat the fresh pineapples that grow on the property. The property is lakefront on Lake Howard (part of Winter Haven's Chain of Lakes). Bring your boat! Pets welcome.
