This nearly new home, built in 2023, features a large fenced in yard for the kids, a dock with an available boat slip, four bedrooms, including two king beds, a queen bed, and a kids room with twin over full bunk bed, and a separate twin bed—perfect for families or groups. Three full bathrooms including a jack and Jill bath between bedrooms 2 and 3 with dual sinks and separate toilet/bath room. Master bath has a large dual head shower. Extra large screened in Lanai with hot tub that is always heated and ready to go. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this perfect spot has everything you need. Relax on the dock or lake, or easy day trip to Disney and other amusement parks, or LegoLand (in Winter Haven).
One garage bay available to guest vehicles.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lakefront home on the Winter Haven Chain of Lakes. The house felt almost brand new and was extremely clean, spacious, and up to date. The layout worked great for our group of four adults (although it could easily accommodate two families), with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms so everyone had space.One of our favorite parts was the huge screened-in lanai and hot tub. The location is excellent as well—close enough for easy day trips to Disney and Legoland, but still quiet and relaxing. We were in town for a baseball tournament in nearby Auburndale, so very convenient to get over there in 10-15 mins. Also having access to garage parking was a nice bonus.Overall, this home had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The host was very helpful and responsive in getting us settled. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great lakefront getaway!

Absolutely Perfect Waterfront Getaway!We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning water views and the peaceful atmosphere. Waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise and enjoying coffee on the deck overlooking the water was pure bliss.The property itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the large windows let in so much natural light while showcasing the gorgeous scenery.We especially loved spending evenings outside—whether it was grilling dinner, watching the sunset reflect on the water, or simply relaxing with a glass of wine. The private access to the water was a huge bonus and made it easy to enjoy kayaking and swimming right from the property.The host was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a wonderful experience. Every detail felt carefully considered.If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic escape right on the water, this is the place. We’re already talking about coming back next year!
