This Oceanfront colorful efficiency condo is on the 8th floor of Star of the Sea. Double size Murphy bed and queen size sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun Park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views.
RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $90.00 CLEANING FEE 2.8% credit card surcharge for payments made by credit cards.
During the off season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units there will be noise.
