Perry Pup House – Vintage Charm, Dog-Friendly, Walk to Cafés/Brewery
Welcome to The Perry Pup House – Where Vintage Vibes Meet Modern Chill in Spokane’s Most Colorful Neighborhood!
Get ready for a one-of-a-kind stay in the heart of Spokane’s vibrant Perry District—where indie coffee shops, local breweries, farmer’s markets, and rainbow flags are always in season! Whether you’re here for a romantic weekend, a family getaway, or a pup-friendly adventure, The Perry Pup House is your cozy, walkable launchpad for all things fun, funky, and fabulous.
The Space
Step inside this charming vintage 3-bedroom home and kick off your shoes—you’re going to feel right at home. The house is full of character, featuring original hardwood floors, an electric fireplace with remote for cozy nights, and big windows that flood the space with light (and puppy-approved sun spots).
Sleep easy with room for everyone:
• 1 Queen Bed (Primary Bedroom – plush & private)
• 2 Twin Beds (Two additional bedrooms – great for kids, friends, or snuggle-hungry pups)
The full bathroom is stocked with essentials, including a hair dryer, fluffy towels, and great lighting for that pre-brunch selfie.
Pup-Approved Perks
Your dog is not just allowed—they’re celebrated here! We’ve made this a true canine paradise:
• Dogs are welcome on all the furniture—bring on the couch cuddles!
• We provide food and water bowls, so no need to pack extras. Let us know if you need a kennel, we have both medium and extra large.
• A basket of toys they can keep—yes, your pup gets a souvenir too!
• A fully fenced 6-foot backyard for safe zoomies, sniffing, and sunbathing.
• Plus, a putting green so you can work on your short game while your four-legged BFF explores.
Sorry, but your Co-host and dog model, Charlie the Corgi will not be included in your stay. (Yes, we have had requests!)
Extras that Make a Difference:
• Washer & Dryer (Yes, you can pack light!)
• Fast WiFi for remote work, streaming, or scrolling Perry District food options.
• Heating for chilly Spokane nights.
• Fans available to keep things comfortable on warm days.
• Patio with outdoor seating—perfect for sipping a Perry Street Brewing crowler (the house IPA is awesome!)
• Offsite parking in the back for easy access and convenience.
Why You’ll Love the Location
The Perry District isn’t just a neighborhood—it’s a vibe. Located in Spokane’s friendliest, most colorful corner, you’ll find everything you need just a few blocks from the front door:
• A Thursday farmer’s market packed with fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, and friendly locals
• Craft pizza, juicy burgers, brunch spots, local beers, great wine, and even a super unique Indian-Mexican fusion restaurant
• Two excellent craft coffee shops just blocks away—and for slow mornings, there’s local coffee waiting at the house too
• A trailhead right across the street for the scenic Ben Burr Trail—perfect for morning walks, jogs, or letting the pup burn off some energy
• A visit-worthy local artist shop—Geez Loueez Artistry—for colorful, handmade treasures you won’t find anywhere else
• Parks, green spaces, and plenty of dog-friendly patios
This is also one of the most inclusive and welcoming areas in Spokane—LGBTQ+ friendly, artsy, and full of good vibes.
Perfect For:
• Dog lovers (obviously)
• Golfers looking to keep their swing sharp on the putting green
• Foodies and coffee snobs
• Families or friend groups looking for a fun, walkable getaway
