Park off-street (1-3 cars), then relax on the front porch or back deck with your morning coffee. The back bedroom has an electric sit/stand desk and a comfy office chair in case you need to focus and hammer out some work.
You might spot me (the owner) puttering in the garden or walking my derpy Great Dane, Hudson—who may pop by to say hello if you're out back! We live separately in the basement, so you'll have full privacy, but we're around if you need anything.

Excessive mess will result in additional cleaning charges.
This is my home, not a commercial rental, so please take good care of it and try to leave it in the condition you found it :)
