Applewood Charming Two Bedroom Big Fenced Yard
This 2 bed 1 bath upper half duplex near campus and downtown has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Fort Collins. Big private fenced backyard (all yours), grocery store and restaurants. It is pet friendly and complete with 1 car garage and air conditioning. Washing Machine, Dryer and dishwasher as well as coffee pot and full kitchen. The space has an open layout with a big tv and king size beds. Just off the main road (Taft). It is in good walking distance less than a block to shops, grocery store and the brewery. Guests have the entire space to themselves and their own backyard and garage. I am always here if you need me. We want you to have a great stay and please let us know if anything is missing or if we can help! Quiet neighborhood close to CSU campus. Right next to the King soopers shopping mall with restaurants, breweries and more. Close to the bus line and in walking distance to many things. There is a garage parking spot. There is also a driveway parking spot and plenty of street parking.
