Host was great. Pictures of the house and rooms were better than what was there, outside was dirty and pavers had settled around the pool causing a tripping hazard. Game room in garage was unfinished

We stayed here with a family of 16 for a Disney trip, and the house worked very well to give everyone space to be together. It was in good condition, with plenty of bedrooms and beds to comfortably accommodate our entire group.The pool and hot tub were huge highlights—and yes, the hot tub works great and gets nice and hot, which was heaven after long park days! The game rooms were a big hit for both kids and adults. The management team was also very communicative.A few practical notes for future guests to help set realistic expectations:Park Drive Times: The listing mentions Disney parks being 4–7 minutes away, but realistically, there is no way you can reach the park entrances in under 30 minutes once you factor in resort traffic and getting to the lots. Plan your mornings accordingly!Kitchen: It is stocked with only the bare minimum basic essentials, so if you plan on cooking large group meals, you may want to bring or buy extra supplies.Beds & Linens: The beds in the Frozen-themed room are definitely kid-sized and had a very noticeable, loud squeak whenever anyone moved. Also, while there were plenty of extra bath towels available, they were stored in the laundry room rather than stocked in the individual bathrooms (which only had 1 or 2 to start).Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time together, and it served our large family well!

The property accommodated our whole group of 18 people very well. Pool and hot tub really made stay more luxurious. Paid extra for heat which really was worth it.The only true issue I had with the place was that they stated that Epcot was an 18 minute walk from our house. Even when you pulled up the map on the link, this is what it perceived to be. This was not the case. It was more like a 25-30 minute drive to Epcot. I am happy to report though that they have since taken the distance to places down and hopefully will put up a more accurate account for next renters.Overall though I would give an A-.
