We recently stayed at this property in Panama City and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations.Upon arrival, there were several cleanliness issues that were hard to overlook. We found a laundry pod stuck in the sheets, food residue on dishes that had been put away, and a full load of laundry left sitting in a basket. The towels provided were noticeably dingy, and several lightbulbs throughout the home were out.Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and appeared to lean downward at the head, which made for a less than restful stay.While we understand that no property is perfect, the number of issues we encountered made it difficult to feel comfortable. There were also multiple notes throughout the home encouraging guests to leave five-star reviews, which felt a bit excessive given the condition of the property.With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this rental could be a much better experience.
