April was amazing in her response time. She had the place set up so welcoming and clean. Had all of your ammenties and welcome snacks and water all set. You feel good as soon as you enter the property. Well laid out for the size, and so close to downtown Gilbert. We loved the location and the home and you will as well. Very clean and just a great vibe in this location. Thank you April.

Property was as described. Well decorated, clean and very convenient to downtown Gilbert! We enjoyed the provided snacks and games. Unfortunately it rained our entire trip so we weren’t able to use the hot tub. My only critique would be more transparency around the train noise/horn (it was a shocking wake up call)We didn’t have a need to contact the host so I am unable to comment on responsiveness. Our family lives close and we will likely book again

Cute little house! Perfect for my family of 4 for a long weekend stay. Great location for access to downtown Gilbert. If it had not been summer, definitely would have taken advantage of walking to restaurants, the hot tub etc. Some of the houses in the area also remodeled while others look a little run down (1920’s neighborhood). But host assured us no safety concerns and she was right. Overall, would stay again.

Our stay was fantastic! April was an incredible host who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay at April's place during our time in Gilbert! The home was very clean, plenty spacious, and it was a great location. We walked each morning to the very cute downtown Gilbert area to grab coffee and/or brunch. Everything we could have needed at the house was already thought of by our host, which made for a very relaxing stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I was in the area.

Such a cute house. Perfect size for 2 couples. Nice central location in Gilbert…you can walk to a nice selection of restaurants in the cooler weather. Loved the iconic Gilbert water tower “in the backyard”. I definitely recommend this home for a nice stay in Gilbert.
