We’ve spent years making memories in Douglas and Saugatuck, and fell in love with this community. That passion inspired us to pour our heart and soul into fully renovating Randolph Pool House. Thoughtfully designed so families and friends can gather, relax, and create their own memories here.
We call Ann Arbor, Michigan home, and when we’re not cheering on our Wolverines, you’ll usually find us exploring new places with our kids (and spending about 80% of our time as their chauffeurs!). As a busy family of four ourselves, we designed this house specifically to make group travel feel easy, not chaotic.
We can’t wait to share this special home and hope you love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property
Centrally located within walking distance to literally everything! Park your car when you arrive, and never use it again until you depart. Steps to downtown Douglas and the local grocery store, Saugatuck Brewing Company, the bowling alley, boutiques, ice cream and a park for the kids to play. Less than a mile to Douglas Beach and just a little further to downtown Saugatuck, the Dunes, local wineries and orchards -- literally so much to do all within arms reach.
