The Space:

Sunlight filters through spacious living areas as you settle into an easy rhythm, with room to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together after full days exploring Central Florida. Evenings invite movie nights and friendly competition, while quieter moments let you recharge in comfort. Just a short drive from Orlando’s most visited parks, this Reunion home balances shared experiences with space to spread out.



The space

This entire rental unit accommodates up to 11 guests across five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Two large living areas give everyone room to relax, whether you’re watching a show, playing games, or simply catching up. Air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round, and a dedicated workspace makes longer stays easy to manage.



Sleeping arrangements

The home is arranged over two levels for flexibility and privacy.



Downstairs, Bedroom 1 features 1 king bed and sleeps 2.

Upstairs, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each offer 1 king bed, sleeping 2 guests per room.

Bedroom 4 includes 1 twin bunk bed and 1 twin bed, sleeping 3.

Bedroom 5 has 1 bunk bed twin over full, listed to sleep 2.

Fresh bed linens and ample storage help you settle in comfortably.



Bathrooms & laundry

With 5.5 bathrooms, mornings and evenings flow smoothly for larger groups. Bathrooms include bathtubs, hot water, and bathroom essentials. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, making it easy to refresh clothes during longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is designed for shared meals and casual cooking, with space to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. A dining table provides a place to gather, while the open layout keeps everyone connected.



Entertainment & amenities

Indoor entertainment includes TVs and a game console, along with a cinema-style setup that’s ideal for movie nights. Outside, you’ll find a pool and hot tub, plus a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. A gym is also available as part of the property’s amenities. Free parking is provided in a garage on the premises, with additional free street parking.



Location

Located in Reunion, Kissimmee, the home is well-positioned for theme park visits and area attractions. Disney is about 4 miles away, Universal Studios around 14 miles, and SeaWorld approximately 12 miles. The setting makes it easy to balance busy park days with relaxed evenings back at the house.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore Orlando’s attractions. Reunion Resort is conveniently located near I-4, providing easy access to Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport. On-site parking is available in the driveway and garage.



Feel safe and right at home when you enter the community, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
