me & my family enjoyed everything about this stay! the staff were very nice & responsive to anything they also have a really nice indoor pool that me & my family enjoyed on labor day even while it was raining lol id pick this house every time i visit orlando!

Gisselle was very nice and always made sure she answered any questions I had no matter the time. The home is beautiful and definitely will tell everybody about the house.

Disliked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
The pool was unusable as it was too cold to get into. There was mold in the bathroom. People were parking behind us in the grass and setting off the motion detector all night long. The ping-pong table was no usable as there was no room by the pool. There are so many more things to add. The exterior light was hanging by a thread and would go on and off. We left a day early because we didn't want to be there anymore. I think 2 stars is a lot and I am extremely disappointed.
