We had a great stay here. It was an exceptional clean and spacious upstairs apartment. With a Full kitchen, nice size living room and a generous size bedroom. The back balcony was a very charming and comfortable place to view the downtown area and park across the street. Mike, our host, was easy to contact and quick to respond. He even made a restaurant suggestion for some outstanding crab legs. Parking was very convenient and well lighted at night.

The unit was as described and was in a great downtown location. All amenities needed for a couple or single were in place. The unit was clean. I especially liked the balcony for both relaxing above the street and evening cocktails.Most importantly, I would definitely stay again.

Mike was an excellent host, always getting back with me super quick and very friendly. The location is perfect- we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings , and being able to walk the riverfront and downtown to the shops and restaurants. Two things on the top of my list are always cleanliness and updated decor/vibe.. both were spot on. I highly recommend this quaint condo and will definitely stay here again.

Location was great for all activities in New Bern. We watched the 4th of July parade from the balcony. Perfect for our 10 day trip.

Great place to stay in downtown New Bern. Walking distance to all the restuarants and stores. So much better than than staying in a hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional location! The Budweiser Clydesdales paraded right in front of our balcony. We didn’t need to drive anywhere once we parked (free) steps from the door of the apartment. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, very cute and cozy, very clean. Everything you need but a ground coffee maker. There is a Keurig with some pods but if you prefer fresh coffee, bring a Keurig 1.0 pod for your ground. Several coffee shops around the corner but, if you're like me, they're not open at 5 am....they open at 7. We will most definitely stay here again!

The host and this space was wonderful. I loved the ability to sit on the porch over looking downtown-ish. I only dinged the property description because it was not clear the property was upstairs. Not a problem for me, but if I'd had mobility issues... Thank You!!

This getaway was an anniversary trip for my husband and I and this sweet and cozy place was perfect. It was nestled in between a couple of businesses right in the heart of downtown and could not have been any better. There was no commotion or inconvenience from the businesses and we felt very safe and private at all times. Everything was immaculate, nicely decorated and very clean. Check in was a breeze and the only problem we had was confusion (on our part) over where to park, however, after messaging Mike and quickly receiving his reply, we were parked and on our way inside. We had everything we could possibly need in every room, especially the cozy kitchen because it was well stocked (even though we never cooked...there were too many wonderful places to eat within walking distance.) There is a lot of rich history in downtown and many places to learn of that history and they are within walking distance of this little gem. One of the days we were there we never got in our car to go any where; our two feet took us everywhere we wanted to go and even took us places we didn't even know about. One late afternoon after coming back from a little road trip and an early dinner, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching people walk by, drive by and even watching a squirrel in the tree about six feet away just hanging out. You will not be disappointed staying in this precious place for any reason.

My wife and I had a very relaxing and wonderful stay. One couldn’t ask for a better host than Mike. The communication with him was spot on. The property was ideal for anyone wanting shops and restaurants less than a block away. We will definitely stay there during our next visit to New Bern!
