This is a self-catering home, professionally cleaned before each stay.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit with the following items:

Dish sponge & detergent
3 dishwasher pods
1 roll of paper towel
1 trash bag per bin (+3 extra)
1 toilet paper roll, 1 soap bar, 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom
No daily housekeeping included. Mid-stay cleanings are available for an additional $175 fee.
Due to hygiene protocols, washcloths are not provided.
Towels & Linens provided (according to guest number), No Hand towel

📦 Package Delivery

UPS, DHL & FedEx deliver directly to the door.
USPS does not deliver to vacation homes.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

🚫 House Rules

No pets allowed
No smoking indoors (violations incur $250+ fine)
No food or drinks on beds or carpeted areas
TRASH DISPOSAL: Trash is collected daily. Please use 13-gallon bags and place them in the bin outside next to the front door to help keep the home clean and tidy.
JACUZZI: Houses that have a jacuzzi on the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly. Do not throw any type of product into the water, subject to a fine of $150.00

• PARKING

Parking is free.
Please park on the designated parking spot that corresponds to your unit. The number of your unit is painted on the ground.
If there will be more than one vehicle, the other vehicle(s) must park on the non-assigned parking spot(s). There is no unit number painted on the ground.
Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.
Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Magic Village Views.
