Max temperature: 95°F (35°C)

The pool heats like a spa (not a hot tub): the entire body of water heats to a uniform temperature

Heat exchange systems are less effective in cold weather; no refunds if weather prevents reaching desired temperature

Safety system may shut off temporarily in cold weather to prevent overheating and will restart automatically after recovery

Pool heat is optional and may not always be available.

No parties/events: $500 fee

No smoking indoors: $500 fee

No pets: $500 fee (unauthorized pets may result in removal without refund)

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

No early check-in / late check-out (deep cleaning needed)

Starter welcome kit (not replenished)

Bathrooms: hand soap, toilet paper (1 per bath + 1 extra), body wash/shampoo/conditioner, 2 small soaps.

Kitchen: sponge, dish soap, 1 roll paper towels, 5 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods.

Please purchase extras as needed during your stay.

Trash

Please take out trash daily to the outdoor bin.

Packages

USPS often returns deliveries to vacation rentals. We recommend using DHL/FedEx/Amazon when possible. We are not responsible for failed deliveries.

Issue reporting

Please report any issues within the first 4 hours after check-in (cleanliness, damages, malfunctions, missing items) so we can resolve them quickly.
