Nestled along Battle Creek and the marshfront, this home overlooks the protected beauty of the Chassahowitzka National Wildlife Refuge, offering serene views and abundant wildlife just outside your door.
Each floor features a deck with waterfront views, perfect for morning coffee, birdwatching, or watching the sunset over the marsh. The home comfortably sleeps 7 (5 adults and 2 children) across three bedrooms: the master suite with a king bed and flatscreen TV, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with bunk beds—ideal for kids. Large closets throughout provide plenty of storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking fresh catch or local seafood, while the laundry room features a washer and dryer for convenience. The living room offers a reclining couch, recliner, flatscreen TV, and well-appointed furnishings for relaxing after a day on the water.
For indoor entertainment, the garage doubles as a casual game space with a pool table, bar, and dartboard. High-speed Wi-Fi and Roku TV streaming (Sling TV, YouTube TV, HBO Go, Hulu, Netflix) are available with your subscriptions.
