The Farm Stay at Kinderhook Farm offers visitors a unique opportunity to experience the joys of rural life on a working livestock farm in the Hudson Valley. Nestled right in the heart of the farm, surrounded by rolling hills, wake by the roosters' crow and sleep by counting sheep under the starry sky.

The space
The FarmStay barn is decorated with sturdy antiques and features a fully equipped kitchen and cedar bath. One side of the barn is open with screens to optimize views of pastures and grazing animals.
The barn accommodates up to four adults and two children in a semi private, loft-like space. There are two sleeping areas. Each area has a queen size bed, dresser and sitting area. One sitting area has a trundle bed suitable for two children. Canvas draperies can be drawn across each section for privacy. Behind the kitchen there is a back hallway, with hooks and hangers for clothing. This hallway leads from both bedroom areas to a large full bath. Towels, linens, and pillows are all included for your stay.
Outdoors there is a picnic table, fire pit with chairs, gas grill and two hammocks for relaxing by the pasture.
If you're traveling with very young children, we can provide you with a portable crib and high chair- but please do let us know by messaging with your booking so we can have these items ready.
Guest access
The entire Farm Stay barn is private for farmstayers, plus the area immediately around it with grill, swing and hammocks. When you arrive, please park your car along the board fence on the track driveway towards the Farm Stay barn (and not on the lawn).
