Kind and cooperative host. Check in was quick, flawless. The building is beautiful in a remarkable neighborhood of yesteryear. Walk a block to Smoky Rows for great coffee. Take a stroll past hundred year old houses with porches and fences of days gone by. Fully stocked kitchen, ample parking in front and back. Nice kitchen back door. Good lighting, solid mattress and large screen tv. Quiet residents too. We will be back.

CONCERNS:1) The kitchen water faucet was loose where it connects to the countertop. 2) The kitchen garbage can smelled very bad. When I took the bag out at the end of my stay, I noticed moldy stuff in the bottom. 3) The TV remote did not work properly. 4) It took a very long time to get warm water from the bathroom sink faucet. 5) The shower faucet was hard to regulate. 6) I killed a spider in the bathroom, and a moth flew out from the bedding one night. 7) The bathroom had three bath towels, but no washcloths or hand towels. The host, Eric, said he would ask the laundry service to deliver washcloths, but none were delivered.

Gloria, thank you for staying and for your honest feedback — I’m sorry we missed the mark. I’ve scheduled repairs, a deep clean, and confirmed the laundry will deliver what’s needed so this won’t happen again at our apartment. I appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention.
