The first floor consists of 3 large bedrooms, laundry room off the garage, open two story foyer and a family room with sliding glass doors out to a rear deck and back yard. The 2nd floor consists of a spacious great room with cathedral ceiings, updated painted cabinets, new appliances, living and dining area open to a wrap around deck with views of the bay. There is a powder room and the primary bedroom suite with large walk-in closet, bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. New paint, carpet, and furniture throughout. Ideal home for the larger family, off-street parking, garage for storage and outdoor shower and bbq grill. Linens and beach equipment included. 8 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach cart provided.
