Please Note: This clean, well-maintained cottage was built in 1900 and offers historic charm. As an older home, it features a compact bathroom with a lower-mounted shower head , traditional pull-chain lighting in some areas, and a kitchen without a dishwasher. There are portable A/C units & fans available.

The cottage does not offer water views or direct water access. A vehicle is required to access the property and surrounding areas, as Uber and other ride-sharing services do not operate locally. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in a compact space.
