Great property. The electronic lock did not work. We contacted the company regarding this multiple times and it was not resolved. We had to use the key from the lock box for the entire week that was very inconvenient for 4 adults doing different activities.

We're sorry that the electronic lock didn't work during your stay, and that reaching out to us multiple times didn't get it sorted out. Having four adults sharing a single lock box key for a full week is genuinely inconvenient, and this falls short of the standard we hold. We've flagged this with our maintenance team to have the lock inspected and repaired. With all that said, we're glad the property itself worked well for your group, and we'd be happy to welcome you back for a smoother stay. The VueStay Team
