This beautiful one-bedroom apartment (approx. 46 m²), located very close to the beach on the ground floor (with an lift), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living room/bedroom is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-look design; the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps up to 4 people (max. 2 adults and 2 children or max. 3 adults). For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

The modern and spacious (combined) living room/bedroom features a sitting area with a large and comfortable (sleeper) couch, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a spacious sideboard. In addition, this room features a comfortable fold-out wall bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), which offers a good night’s sleep for two people. The comfortable sofa bed, which can be pulled out in just a few simple steps, provides an additional sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the comfortable sleeper sofa, which can be pulled out in just a few simple steps. Alternatively, one person could also sleep on the fold-out (sleeper) armchair in the separate hallway of the holiday apartment. You can store your holiday clothes in the spacious closet in the hallway.

From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 5 m² balcony (south-facing) with balcony furniture. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun during the day or the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A collection of games (board games, party games, and card games) is also available in the holiday rental.

The separate kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a separate dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The inviting bathroom features a bathtub, sink, toilet, a spacious bathroom cabinet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet (with a shoe rack) in the entryway of the apartment.

The apartment also includes an iron and an ironing board; and a shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 132) assigned to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex’s grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

The lift provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. On the ground floor of the apartment complex, there are several restaurants (including an Asian restaurant, a seafood restaurant, and a lounge bar-restaurant), and you’ll find countless other dining options within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
