Residence Waldkrone apartment 215 - exclusive TURMSUITE

This exclusive, high-quality, and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) on the 2nd floor is fully and beautifully furnished. The floors throughout the apartment are made of genuine maritime hardwood parquet, and the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

Due to its exclusive amenities, this apartment has been awarded 4 stars**** by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

As soon as you enter the suite, you’ll find a very spacious and comfortable tower apartment with floor-to-ceiling French windows, elegant, maritime-style furnishings, and a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, which runs right in front of the apartment complex!

The very spacious and light-filled living/dining room features a separate seating area with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table; a separate dining area in the “tower room”; and various sideboards and cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the magnificent, approximately 15 m² sunny balcony (facing east and south) with balcony furniture —here you can sit back and relax with a fantastic view of the vast ocean and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, a modern flat-screen TV and a radio are available in the living area; another TV is located in the bedroom. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi.

The semi-open kitchen area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots.

The very cosy and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a wardrobe, and two dressers, and also has direct access to the balcony. For your entertainment, there is also an additional TV available here.

The bright and Mediterranean-style bathroom features a bathtub (with shower), sink, and toilet, as well as a hair dryer, radio, and ample storage space.

If needed, a laundromat near the apartment complex (about a 5-minute walk) is available for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free directly behind the apartment complex in the large car park of the “Hotel Residenz Waldkrone.” If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

The lift provides convenient access to all floors of the apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / consecutive nights) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
