We booked a very last minute trip after previous plans had to be cancelled and Steve was incredibly accommodating. The property was very clean, comfortable, and close to a lot of the best amenities on the island. Everything about our stay was 10/10 - we’ll be back!

Millie and Steve were extremely easy to deal with. They communicated clearly, answered any questions, gave insight into life on Fripp and made suggestions for things to do and see in the Beaufort, SC area. The inside of the unit was immaculate and had the essentials necessary to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was also very clean and functional. Fripp Island is a wonderful place to visit, enjoy, and explore. The golf cart included with the unit was great for getting around the island and along with the provided amenity cards, taking advantage of all it has to offer. We were extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend Millie and Steve as hosts. They have a beautiful place to share with their guests.

We had a wonderful time in Fripp. Even after losing power for over 12 hours due to a storm. The hosts were in constant contact with us. The Villa was very clean and roomy. Just know that if you are staying in a Villa there will be noise if you have neighbors upstairs. The only downside was there was nowhere to store our beach stuff and we had to carry the wagon up 2 flights of stairs. I would highly recommend this rental just plan accordingly for your beach items and potential neighbor noise.

Great ExperienceFrom the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — any questions we had were answered quickly, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making our stay special. The home itself was spotless and beautifully updated, with modern touches that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. The location was truly hard to beat, and the views were absolutely breathtaking — we found ourselves just sitting and taking it all in. This was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend!

Everything was just as stated, and Steve’s communication before and during our stay was amazing. We love Fripp, and it was great to be back and have the cart to tool around at night and to the beach access we prefer. If you’re hesitant to book, you shouldn’t be - this is a great condo in a perfect location.

Happy Place

We had a delightful stay here. The condo was extremely clean and so comfortable! Great location right on the marsh - wonderful view on screened porch with rockers. The condo had everything we needed and had some nice upgrades. We give it 5 stars!

Anniversary Trip

Celebrated our 40th Anniversary. We loved the condo and will definitely be staying here again . Golf cart came with the condo and we loved riding around the island. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Always very quick to respond to any questions we had .

We enjoyed the condo and had a terrific visit. The condo location was situated in a convenient location near pool, food, the beach and pickleball courts. Our host has updated the condo beautifully. It was very clean, nicely decorated, all updated appliances, ceiling fans, new bathroom fixtures, etc. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely appointed. Our host was terrific as they were responsive and helpful. I especially liked that the resort amenity cards and golf cart were packaged with the unit. That made things simple and seamless. I highly recommend. We will definitely book a return visit.

Or stay here couldn’t have been better! The condo was beautiful and sparkling clean when we arrived. The view of the marsh was breathtaking, and it was a very short walk to the pool and the beach. Rip Island is a wonderful place to stay as a couple as a family as a group! There is so much to do and so much fun to be had. Our host was wonderful and very great at communicating. We will definitely come back without hesitation if invited.

The owners are very responsive and the place was very clean. Fripp is not an inexpensive place to visit but I felt we definitely got what we paid for. The back deck has a gorgeous view and the unit is centrally located. We would rent from the owners again without hesitation. Thank you for having us!

This condo was the perfect! It has by far been the best accommodation we have ever stayed in offering a king bed that was comfortable, making us feel as though we were in our own bed. It was very clean. Having the golf cart as soon as we arrived allowed me to get the children out riding immediately while my husband unpacked the car. Steve was the most exceptional host with the best communication before we even arrived. He made sure that we had all the info on event going on while we were there. This condo was nicely stocked with everything you would need immediately upon arrival. We truly felt at home for the week. We had a Frippin awesome week.

We had the best time! The condo was very clean, easy access to the beach, and beautiful views from the back porch. Huge plus with the golf cart to scoot around on the island and enjoy all the views and wildlife. Steve was very wonderful to deal with and communicated very well and very quick to respond. Steven had great communication throughout and I really had no questions when arriving.The Villa was very clean ,comfortable and nicely appointed with everything!It’s a quick walk to the beach and restaurants.It was a nice surprise that the golf cart was gas run and not battery so we didn’t worry about charging.I would definitely recommend to anyone!My sister and I enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn’t the best but we enjoyed spending time together at Fripp Island and a big thank you to our host Steve!!

Summer vacation ‘25

Very happy with the condo unit. First time staying anywhere around the mid island area. Location was great. Close to all activities and amenities. Condo was just as described by owners. Great updates throughout entire unit in every room. Very clean and kept up. Great screened in porch area overlooking the canal and marsh. Great communication from property owners. Definitely would recommend to others.

Beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful place with all the comforts of home. From booking to checkout, Steve and Millie made the process easy and stress free with excellent communication and instructions. Our villa was immaculate and smelled amazing when we walked in. They provided everything you need (dishes, cookware, utensils)to make meals at home if you’re not inclined to go out to eat after a day at the beach or pool. And the sunsets from the balcony were amazing! Nothing I can think of would’ve made our stay better. Excellent!
