This home includes a large great room with gas fireplace; top of the line stainless steel appliances; 4 spacious bedrooms and a large yard with outdoor hot tub, propane fire pit, patio seating and a two sided front porch with Adirondack chairs and two person rocker in the front. Propane based grill off back patio and hammock in back yard.

High speed wifi, premium cable tv and a stackable washer/dryer round out the home's other great offerings. This property is within walking distance (three blocks) of all the great amenities downtown Saugatuck has to offer, including: Art Galleries, Antique Stores, Restaurants, Clothing and Retail Stores, Wine Tasting Rooms, Yoga Studios, Biking/Running/Hiking trails, Sand Dunes, U-pick fruit farms, and Boating/Kayaking/Canoeing/Fishing on the Kalamazoo Lake.

In addition, four tennis courts, basketball court, and a large running track are just one block away. It's also a short bike ride, stroll or drive to the amazingly beautiful Oval Beach on Lake Michigan, as well as Saugatuck State Park. Michigan Family Vacation

Clean and comfortable home in a great location. Downtown Saugatuck was only a short walk away. Plenty of room for our family to stay. We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub.

A very nice house and a great yard. All that we needed was supplied for both kids and adults. Even beach equipment and yard games. The pictures and description were very accurate. We enjoyed the short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. 👍👍

Fantastic option for families in Saugatuck!

We had a 10/10 stay at this property. We really wanted a place walking distance to town that would comfortably fit our large family group with 4 sets of adult couples and a toddler. This place was amazing. Fantastic location, great yard for evening lawn games, spic and span, great cooking/grill supplies for occasional home meals, and notably comfortable couch in the living room. Owner was very responsive to our few questions. Would stay again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend it.

Perfect Setting

The house was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill. The only item we felt was missing was a larger skillet, but we are a family of 8 adults. We felt like we were part of the neighborhood and it was an easy walk into town and a short drive to Opal Beach. We had a great time and Nick was an amazing host! The city had lost power when we arrived but Nick stayed in contact with us and let us know when it was expected to be restored and offered suggestions for places to try to stay cool in the meantime. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was to work with.

Just like home

I didn’t want to leave. Clean, comfortable with tons of amenities (like a hot tub, full size washer/dryer) and just a short walk to all the action in downtown Saugatuck. The owner, Nick, was great with getting in touch to ensure I got in ok. Only bad thing I have to say is that I wasn’t able to stay longer. Will be back for sure!

Perfect Place for Friends or Family

The property was exactly as listed! The pictures and details listed were 100% accurate. As we got closer to the vacation we had several questions, and every time Nick responded quickly and politely. As promised, he gave us the final details about check in a few days prior to our start date. The house was in great shape and everything worked. Even after check in, Nick checked in to let us know that if we had any issues or question, not to hesitate to contact him. We would book this place again and again, and I would recommend it to any family .

First time in Saugatuck

So many wonderful things to say about this property and the area! This was our family’s first trip to Saugatuck and we LOVED it. First, Nick was awesome and checked on us in the first hour to make sure everything in the house was satisfactory. He also provided recommendations on everything from places to eat, things to do and local attractions. The house was absolutely perfect for us - lots of space, a big comfy couch, fully stocked kitchen and a (propane) fire pit. The best part of all was LOCATION! Literally just a few blocks from downtown Saugatuck, which we walked to and from the whole week. The weekends in town were very busy, which would have made finding a parking space extremely difficult. Also, very close to a great running/bike trail which was super easy to get to (Nick provided instructions!). Would absolutely go back again and would choose this property.

Wonderful experience

This property was wonderful for our family trip. There was lots of room to spread out with the four bedrooms and the main area was spacious. The best part was the porch and chairs to sit outside and the location. It was so walkable to town.

Why they chose this property

We love the towns of Saugatuck and Douglas and everything they have to offer; from the many art and cultural activities, to the great restaurants, outdoor activities, and waterfront. We wanted to build a home that would allow people to have walking access to the town and harbor front, without having to use a car.
