Newly Remodeled, ocean view condo on top floor at Spanish Main

This is a DROP DEAD gorgeous unit available for daily rentals (2 nights min) Top Floor, Unit. 2-bedroom, 2-bath that is fully remodeled. It is very tastefully furnished with pillow top mattresses in the bedrooms and Leather sofas in the living room. There are Smart TV's in both the master bedroom and living room. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean and the heated pool from the spacious balcony. The condo has an elevator and the front door is right next to the elevator.

Bedroom 2 two twin beds + rollaway bed, and pack’N’play
The unit is completed with beach towels, boogie board, sand toys for the kids, beach chairs and an umbrella. Cable TV, DVD, streaming and wireless internet are provided. There is a full washer and dryer inside the condo for your use. Your bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, along with everything you and your family need to have fun at the beach! You can walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the ocean or pier or visit Ron Jon's Famous Surf Shop.

The grounds are spacious and include a large heated pool. Outside near the pool are charcoal grills that are available. The beach walkway has a shower and water hoses to make it easy to rinse off as you come and go on the beach.

The unit is centrally located in Cocoa Beach. Within a short walk, you can enjoy Downtown Cocoa Beach, with its seasonal festivals (surfing Santas), bike and beach rentals, live music, and selection of restaurants. Port Canaveral, the largest cruise ship port in the US, is only 5 miles away. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World are all an hour away. The Kennedy Space Center is a short 15 minute drive from the unit.

All you need for a pool and beach vacay

Well stocked for 4 plus people - beach towels/ chairs/ cooler, some spices etc in kitchen, etc. Easy access to beach, outside showers, etc, in an uncrowded smaller condo. There was a bit of an odor to my sensitive nose - probably from the humidity. Owner was very gracious and understanding when we could not come because of the Helene threat and was a great communicator.

Perfect Cocoa Beach Condo

This condo was amazing, and everything it was advertised. I am so impressed with the location (steps to the beach) and the amenities (everything , and I mean everything - chairs, toys, umbrella, towels, cooler, etc.) needed for a day on the beach. We felt like we had our own private beach! Location in town is close to everything you want and need. We had a small issue upon check in and Maryam was immediately responsive and took care of it fast. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place!

The condo was perfect for our needs! Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath (stocked with TP, shampoo/conditioner, shower wash and plenty of towels/wash clothes). Washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided) Kitchen was updated (stocked with lots of dishes of all sizes, silverware, cups, mugs, Tupperware, spices and paper towels), Coffee pot and Keurig, brand new frig/freezer (no water dispenser / ice maker) with a dishwasher (dish detergent and dish soap provided ) Plenty of electrical plugs /extensi for each room, TV’s in each bedroom and the living room (although we didn’t turn them on once). AC works very well!! The patio space was perfect with 4 high top chairs and table located in the back corner of the Corredor where the pool area is which gives a perfect view is the sunrise! The door is very heavy and slightly hard to open (definitely hurricane proof 😃) Beach chairs (4) and umbrella (1) provided and there were many beach toys that our 4 year old really enjoyed using. Lots of parking. Grocery 2 miles down the street. The owner had great communication and was quick to respond to questions upon booking. We definitely will be retuning to this unit in the future when we return to Cocoa beach!

Amazing beach getaway

This was an amazing property on a quiet area of the beach. The property is well stocked with lots of surprises to help you enjoy your stay. Slice of Paradise!

Beautiful place, had everything we needed. View of Gulf spectacular! Close to downtown and Ron Jon the other way! Would definitely stay here if I went back to Cocoa Beach.
