Excellent property for a large group
We stayed in April 2022. The property was clean and well presented, and as we expected based on the photos - although the four chairs in the upstairs communal area weren't there. Plenty of towels and tea towels were available and there was a small bottle of washing-up liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets to get us started. Check in was straightforward and we had no problems getting into the villa.
One family in our group didn't have a car and getting in and out of the gate turned out to be a bit more complicated for them. If you are relying on taxis/Ubers, be sure to pick up a vehicle pass from the main gate when arriving and find out the code for the pedestrian gate while you're there.
The villa was a good size for our group of 11, with enough room for everyone to have a bit of privacy but also plenty of communal space to all get together when we wanted to.
We did have a few small issues, the main one being that the pool heat hadn't been switched on before we arrived, but everything reported to Amit was quickly sorted out.
The location is excellent, in a pleasant and safe area. It's not too far from Universal, perhaps 30 mins in good traffic, and very close (15 mins) to Disney with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy reach on Route 192.
Amit was an excellent host; he responded quickly to our messages and got problems sorted out fast. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this villa again and would happily recommend it to anyone else looking for similar accommodation.
