Luxurious, 3rd-Floor Condo at Vista Cay

The name says it all! Third floor Luxury Villa has all the elegant touches you want in a vacation rental, as well as plenty of space for everyone to enjoy relaxing together. Put up your feet in the living room and watch a movie or read a book, while the kids play games in the cozy den.


A formal dining room with seating for six people offers lots of room for family meals, and the gourmet kitchen will delight any home cook. Fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, preparing drinks and meals will be a breeze. A breakfast bar with stools accommodates even more people for meals, or is great for entertaining.


The master suite features a cozy king bed and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TVs and DVD players, and there are two rollaway beds to accommodate any extra guests.


Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. If you’re looking for luxury for your Orlando vacation, Luxury Villa will certainly fit the bill.

The condo was larger than expected, clean and comfortable. Pool and game area was great. Very convenient for walking to the convention center, grocery and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again. The low battery “chirp” went off (during business hours) on the smoke detector and maintenance was over within an hour to change the battery. I’m pleased with how quickly the came over.

Vista Cay

We love staying in Vista Cay, and this location was perfect for our event. Kids love the pool and game room, parents love the comfortable, spacious living arrangements.

Condo was beautiful and SPACIOUS!!! Super clean too!!! Everything that any family could need for a vacation!!! Grocery store and restaurants very close by, which was very convenient . Very close to the Convention Center and Universal and not all that far from Disney property too. Thanks for a great place to have a family vacation. We will be back!!!

We have stayed here four different times. We love renting here because it’s a comfortable spacious apartment that fits our entire family. We have space to move around and feel at home. The apartment is situated in a great location. We will be back during the spring.

Fabulous condo; terrific location

This condo was exactly as advertised! Clean, spacious and tastefully decorated! The property managers were excellent with their communication and we loved the ease of the check in/check out process! We were a short ride to Universal which was perfect for us and the condo was a lovely place to relax after a long day at the parks! I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area! We will definitely be returning!

Amazing Property!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Condo. Check in process was very easy to include detailed instructions prior to arrival. Condo was very clean and spacious. Couldn’t ask for a better layout of property. It was convenient to theme parks (Universal Studios, Disney, SeaWorld, etc...) and restaurants. Had convenient parking. Overall property was amazing . Highly recommend property to families visiting the area.

Completely Unaccetable. Deplorable and Uninhabitable Conditions. No viable alternative was provided after my immediate notification of severe mold, mildew odors, visible mold growth, saturated wet carpet, and a rusted, bulging, leaking ceiling in the master bathroom—issues I documented with photos sent right away.We suffered health impacts like respiratory irritation from the poor air quality and allergic reactions, forcing us to stay outdoors as much as possible instead of using the property we paid for. They confirmed no other units were available, promised repairs that never materialized despite repeated follow-ups, and left us no choice but to endure it—breaching their duty to provide a safe, clean rental under VRBO's stated standards.Had to request the gate code repeatedly to even access the property. Responses to the issues seemed to be AI generated through the VRBO message site with no real person addressing the concerns.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked into a first class, lovely decorated condo. It had everything we needed and then some. When I contacted the property owners about a few minor issues they were sure to handle them promptly. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We spent an afternoon at the pool which was within walking distance. There's a Publix next door. We love the locations for many reasons. It's close to the convention center so Uber is very reasonably priced. It's close to The Pointe and I Drive but far enough away from being in the heart of the tourist area. The restaurant options nearby are endless. My only complaint is there are no luggage carts anywhere on the premises which made for many trips back and forth from the third floor. But overall, we loved our stay and will be returning.

Not a clean condo

Upon checking into the condo it had a very bad smell. Mold on kitchen ceiling. We had to go get candles and air wicks plug ins. Told them about it. They sent over housekeeping. She said she would let her manager know. They came in painted over the mold on ceiling. When we was out at the park for the day. Didn’t offer us another condo or even call us. Also the furnace filter hasn’t been changed in 4 years. I have allergies so it was bad. Will NOT stay here again.

A very spacious rental, somehow outdated, review by Mrs Perez

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10 nights $4,000. I have to compare rental with the Marriott Vacation Club which always was impecable, and which we rented for same amount of nights every other month for many years before Covid. (N0 owners) we did not choose you, were automatically transferred to you while making a Marriott reservation. For what we payed IN ADVANCE, we had no chance at all to move to another location, we would have really do that. I will list what I didn’t like for what I payed. Dining table chairs need new cushion; no balcony door curtain; balcony column is somewhat loose seems unsafe; ice maker dispenser not working. For 11 days!!!! NO toilet paper; 4 adult towels for 5 persons; no extra trash bags; coffee for 1 day; laundry detergent for 1 day; 1 very small soap for each bathroom; only 3 dishwasher pods; 1 paper towel roll; 1 very small dish liquid bottle. We usually stay a lot in the house, we are not customers that only use the beds and leave. We usually rent a place to fill like if I am home, and Marriott is always impecable.
