Our beautiful home is located in the heart of Vilano Beach – featuring private beach access directly across (A1A is about 150 feet from your front door). The intra coastal water access public boat ramp "at the other end" of Boating Club Rd. St. Augustine's beaches stretch from Vilano Beach north of the city to Crescent Beach in the south. The Intra Coastal Waterway naturally divides the mainland from the barrier islands with miles of gorgeous coastline. Vilano Beach is a locals "best-kept secret" offering a wide variety of waterfront restaurants, several within walking distance from our spacious home. The Vilano Beach Fishing Pier, para-sailing and Sea Doo rentals and city several parks are also in close proximity to the house. You can charter a deep sea fishing boat or a sailboat from this area. Vehicles are permitted on the beach within designated areas. For our boaters, multiple public boat ramps are also nearby. Our unique home with its deep driveway is a perfect place for those who might trailer their boat from out of town. The Sunshine House, offered by the Addison's & Kenner's, is only a 1.5 minute walk to the beach (thru county maintained private beach access) and 8 min's from downtown Historic St Augustine and all the best kept secrets of Vilano Beach has to offer. We are 8 minutes from Historic Ole Town St Augustine, the nation’s oldest city. St. Augustine's celebrated its 450th Birthday in 2015! Visit Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Historical Museums, Flagler College, the famous Castillo DeSan Marco Fort, St. George Street and all of its shops and open air restaurants. The Alligator Farm, The Fountain of Youth, Potters Wax Museum, Ghost Tours, Romantic Horse Drawn Carriage Rides and San Sebastian Winery which features nightly music & lots of wine tasting. St. Augustine Beach Pier & the Farmers Market/Craft Show every Wednesday morning, and the St. Augustine Amphitheater hosts top named world famous music acts. Major grocery chain (Publix) and many other local conveniences, probably everything you could possibly need are minutes away.

Local public golf courses are just minutes away and the world famous World Golf Village just 20 minutes north. Orlando/Disney attractions are 1.5 hours south, famous Daytona Beach is 30 minutes south, featuring 3 major annual events, Biketoberfest, BikeWeek and the mega Daytona 500 races (approx 30 minutes away).
We are completely remodeled inside and out, our home is available for immediate rental. It is fully equipped with hi speed internet, 3 televisions, and tastefully furnished. Featuring 4 bedrooms / 2 are private master suites. The downstairs master bedroom has a covered porch. Upstairs master has an over-sized viewing balcony. New Washer/Dryer in our Laundry room, 3.5 baths, gleaming wood floors downstairs, full kitchen, private back yard and a detached 2 car garage. This home has beds for 8 but can easily sleep up to 10 people with the use of an Aero bed and large cot that we have available..
