Edinburgh's wealth of excellent restaurants, bars, art galleries, and the fine shops of George Street are at your doorstep. The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Original period features including a bow end sitting room with marble fireplace and wooden flooring and working shutters throughout the property, are complimented by modern bathrooms and bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen with large dining area that will easily sit 8 people. Access to extensive private gardens in Queen Street is included.
