Perfect House for Large Group

We rented 2 houses in this neighborhood with this one being the largest. 2/3 of our softball team stayed here and they loved it. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group.

Great place for a family to stay.

The property was great for our 16 member family. All of the individual rooms (bedrooms, baths, dining, kitchen, etc) were just as shown and very nice. The pool and hot tub were a hit and enjoyed by everyone. The host brought over additional towels when requested. The club house pool was great and fun to be at.

Great house even when the weather was not so great

We didnt have the best weather, raining and oddly cold for southern Florida temps but the house was beautiful, very comforting and accomidating so our family was able to enjoy each other and hardly noticed the weather outside.

Perfect for our needs

Our entire stay ran smoothly. Check in was a breeze. We had a slight problem with the pool heat and a technician was at the house within the hour. The house was clean, the kitchen had an abundance of dishes, utensils, and cookware. The beds were very comfortable. We have no complaints at all!

Great for our golf trip

The home and amenities matched the pictures. We had a dozen adults on a golf trip and we had room to spread out and enough table space inside and out for meals and socializing. Having two refrigerators was a big plus for our group. The owner and management team were great to work with and very prompt. If this home is available for out golf trip next year, we will not hesitate to book this again.

Perfect home! Wonderful stay!

We loved our family reunion at this Kissimmee home! The home itself was beautifully decorated. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out. The outdoor pool area was screened in allowing perfect indoor/outdoor living. The home was immaculate and the waterpark in the complex was great for our youngest member. The only negative criticism is that many of the beds had very high mattresses. They were comfortable, but a real challenge to get into for our older and shorter family members.

First Rate! First Class!

Our family of 16 celebrated our big 50th wedding anniversary in this place and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough rooms and beds and baths for all of us. The open dining, kitchen and living room suited us well. We had grown grandchildren and little ones and everybody found things to do and places to do them. The open upstairs worked well for all of us. TVs in every room made it nice for individuals and their privacy. Everything ran so smoothly. The whole family loved it. The clubhouse was so close so we could walk there. Kris is a great host and I would highly recommend her! Thanks for everything, Kris.

I really enjoyed my stay The House was everything we expected and more

We arrived with twenty others including kids when we walked in the house it was breathtaking. No one complained about their rooms my grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the adults. My master bathroom had a sunken tub that was made for relaxation home away from home is a understatement. The family room was big enough to play games and have family time. And the neighbors were nice as if we known them forever. We didn’t get to really enjoy the free did I say free game room. Bathrooms for everyone was ideal. My Elderly parents said they wish we stayed longer. We are planning our next Family outing to Florida as we do every two years but We thinking Next year 😀 we definitely want to stay in the same house. Next time we will plan the whole seven days. Do we can enjoy the community area with lazy river.Kris thanks for everything and keeping in contact with us along the way that made us feel so welcome your place is beautiful thanks for sharing such a beautiful experience looking forward to next time came wait....

Wish it would have been better

Size, number of beds and baths was great. AC upstairs was out when we got there and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Thought they would offer to do something to make the stay more comfortable but it never happened. No extra fans, no offer for a slight discount, nothing- it was more like, sorry about your luck. Property manager told me they couldn’t offer anything so to contact the owner, when I did the property manager proceeded to send me several text messages, taking it personally. We worked so hard to make this weekend special for my mom’s birthday, if not for being in unbearable heat it would haven been great.

Amanda Im surprised to read your message after the long conversation we had with the credit we sent ( you had confirmed) for the unfortunate one AC unit issue occurred during the busy Holiday season. As you already know our team had promptly checked the AC, refilled coolant within a day but later it was found that more work under warrantee was needed. Due to Holiday its was difficult to schedule tech support that same day so it was fixed on the following day which happens to be your departure day from the minimum stay. It was not ideal that things happened without warning but we do respond same day and try our best to meet each and every single concerns for all travelers. Regards Kris

Great place for large groups

My family of 8 adults and 6 children enjoyed this home very much. The kids loved being able to be together in the private pool in the evening. The clubhouse was great for them and the adults. The home is within walking distance to the clubhouse which was great. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of seating for dining inside and on the patio. The kitchen could use some updating on the pots and pans (very worn teflon surfaces) and a couple sharp knives would be great. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Counter seating is also a plus for kidsThe bath towels could be better in terms of quality and quantity for the number of people. At least 4 per bathroom. Very minor issues. The grandkids had issues with the pool surface. They kept getting their feet cut up. There were some things found by accident in the couch. An apple earbud, a pull up and a steak knife …also a baggie containing some very old moldy apple slices under one of the beds. (Housekeeping issues) Communication could have been a little better but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would stay again.

Family trip for 15

Kris stepped up and saved us when 28 days before our trip our previous host sold the house we had booked. I honestly think that was the best thing that could have happened. The house was amazing for our family of 15. My mother planned this trip for her adult children and their families. It was the best week. We had space to separate and so much space to be together. We loved the pool and hot tub. The teenagers loved the freedom to go back and fourth to the club house. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had a full Easter dinner for 15. We made so many new family memories during our stay. Memories we will treasure always. And we will definitely be back soon! Thank you again Kris!!
