In my many trips to London, this was by far my favorite place! Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide us with a seamless trip! The location is perfect, Mike’s communications before and during our trip were among the best I’ve ever experienced from a host, and our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Mike, for making our trip perfect! We look forward to returning for our next trip to London!
We enjoyed our stay at the Nightingale House - it was charming with a lovely view of the dock and so conveniently located. Mike, thanks for taking care of everything for us and the referral to Phil. Hope to come again!Best, Kat
Loved staying in this flat. Not only is the property very nice, with a wonderful view of The Docks and Shard, it also is well located for public transport and walking. Plus the fabulous Waitrose grocery market is directly across the street. Communication was very good too. I would stay here, again. Thank you, Mike!

This is a fantastic place to stay, which is expertly managed by Mike. We loved the quiet of the marina (and kept taking photos of the view), right by the river and Tower Bridge.
This is a small flat centrally located to everything. We were met by the host - who helped us arrange transportation from the airport to the flat - and he went over every detail we needed to know. We would stay there again - in a heartbeat!
The property was very clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the docket boats and very close to the Tower of London and the Thames. Communication with the host was outstanding! He was extremely reliable and helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped and the master bedroom was large and comfortable. The second bedroom is small but cozy and comfortable. A supermarket about 2 minutes away was a great place to buy a few things for breakfast, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay!
Your place made my trip to London truly special. Thanks to your clear directions and helpful tips, I was able to see so much even during my short visit. I also loved the special touches..I will certainly try to book your place again on my next trip.
Mike, our host, was extremely helpful with any questions I had (both before we arrived and once we arrived). The location of the property is very good and is a short walk to Tower Hill UG Station. The property is also very close to London Tower and Tower Bridge. I loved the balcony looking out at the St. Katherine Docks. There is a walking path facing the living room and main bedroom (the unit is on the second floor - in Europe it might be considered the first floor - one above the ground floor). There is a lot of activity on the path and sometimes people will stop on and talk which you can hear inside if the windows are open. The property was very clean. There are some restaurants between the property and the walk to Tower Hill. We really liked the food at Honest Burgers. There is a fair size supermarket right across the street. No complaints- if I was to come back to London I would not hesitate to rebook here.
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. The property was clean and was in a perfect location. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
Mike, the agent met us for check-in. Very informative. Apartment was in beautiful setting. St Katherine's dock is great. Lot of restaurants & only minutes from Tower Bridge. Only problem was the London record-breaking heat! No air con in Apartment. Certainly not the owners issue. But be careful.
Overall we were very happy with our stay. The location, view and cleanliness was almost faultless. We were rather amused by all of the notes within the appartment but understand why they were there. We travelled from the other side of the world to stay here and would have been happier to have the use of better quality towels and flannels rather than the very old ones we were left with. We didn’t touch the one old dry flannel which had obviously been previously used and left to dry on a hook in the bathroom. The only other qualm was the old, three quarter used dried up soaps on the basin and in the bath. We found this to be quite unappealing and weren’t prepared to use these products that had been previously used by strangers. Perhaps a flowing soap in a bottle in each area would be much more acceptable and appreciated by future clients. Fortunately we had packed these items from home for our personal use but others may not. Of the thirteen countries we had travelled this was the only stay where we had this bathroom problem. Please take my comments and suggestions as ways to improve the stay for others rather than complaints. All up we would happily inform future clients to stay here but would make it clear to them the small number of things we disapproved of.
Location, location, location and beautiful surroundings. Nice and quiet, but you’re only steps away from all that London
Has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.
