A perfect home to vacation with a family. The Association Beach was a short walk away and a great place to watch the sun set. The bigger beaches were a short drive away and we took advantage of both. Great location!
Property was well laid out with room for extended family. It is close to all amenities, beaches, shopping and restaurants! Lovely quiet neighborhood! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!
This was a great house for a family, Beach get away! It had everything we needed including paper products, towels, sheets, and three kinds of coffee makers! 😊 the house was clean and had an excellent lay out and private yard and fire pit. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The Stoners
The house is located near Scarborough beach and Narraganset beach. It worked well for our group. Due to Covid 19 we did not get the beach passes. The house is well equipped and Ryan was always available to answer our questions.

Spacious house in attractive area
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the “vibe house”
The house is very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 5 and even an extra guest for a few nights , very clean , updated kitchen, nice outdoor shower. Also has a little front porch with rocking chair that my husband enjoyed. Nice nook for TV watching.
Harbour Island is a great little area to walk, bike or run with lots of scenic water views
It’s a great location with easy access to all the restaurants beaches etc The passes to Narragansett beach were great - only have to pay 10 dollars for parking

We selected this home for our extended family to celebrate a60th birthday.
We expected more people than actually came which is why we needed so many bedrooms.
The house was great variety of beds and bedrooms from bunk beds to a king size.
Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone.
Great amenities with the house. Plentiful parking. Close to all the attractions. Great yard.
Kitchen was decently stocked all appliances worked great. The description was a little confusing online it said no linens provided when we arrived there were bed linens provided. Ended up using our own since we had brought them.
Overall a great place for a large group to stay.
I would go back again.
Our extended family of 9 ( 6 adults and 3 children) filled this family friendly rental for a summer beach week. We were very comfortable there. It was a good sized house with a large open space kitchen/ family room area. The large dining room allowed us all to eat dinner around the same table. We enjoyed the fire pit most evenings and the picnic table right outside the back door. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing the sand off the kids after a day at the beach. The provided beach passes for Narragansett Town Beach saved us a lot of money each time we went there. The two bathrooms are large and adequate for a crowd. The owner was very generous in providing all the necessities for a week away from home. Everything from soaps to coffee filters, cleaners, dishwasher tabs, skewers for marshmallows, beach chairs and toys and games for the kids. Highly recommend this VRBO property for similar groups!
My family and I just left, despite the hurricane coming in, we had an excellent stay. Ryan’s house was just as pictured and very clean. He was easy to communicate with and answered several questions quickly. The house was a short drive to many town beaches and passes were included which was great, and a short walk to a small private beach which was perfect to walk to with young kids. Would stay again!
Property itself was pretty nice. Very quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood which we appreciated. Laundry room was spacious. A few minor things could have made out trip a bit more pleasant as I thought it was missing a few kitchen common items we had to purchase ourselves. Would had liked shades or blinds on some of the windows on the first floor.as it felt a bit uncomfortable at nite. Some upkeep of the inside could have been more pleasant ex. All the radiator covers upstairs were off track and we had to put them back on so no one got hurt. Front door was a bit tricky to lock as we didn’t know how to use it . Overall was a nice place to rent.
Enjoyed our stay despite COVID restrictions. We enjoyed the family time around the fire pit, long walks, and gathering at the small community beach. Hope to visit again!
Second time staying at this property. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from beach and ferry traffic. House is large enough to sleep my family and my sisters family. Great vacation house for joint vacations. We enjoyed the fire pit both years. Outside shower is nice to have with sandy kids. Great time.

Great family vacation
Stayed at rental with my family, my dad and my sister’s family. House was able to fit all of us without feeling we were on top of each other. House has out door shower that was used several times. Ryan was great with good communications of local events and information. Lost AC on last day, Ryan was quick with communications and did his best to fix the problem in a timely manner.

Beautiful and Private
Stayed for a week in June and was extremely happy! Ryan was a great host and the property exceeded my expectations. It is roomy, clean, and has all the amenities one could ever want. Lovely private neighborhood that was extremely quiet while still being close to everywhere. The beach passes were a nice gesture as well! Would return again!

Large, comfortable, very roomy house in a nice quiet neighborhood.
Within 15 minute drive of multiple beautiful beaches and several restaurants. We have 5 children, who came and went during the week (along with spouses, girlfriends, grandchildren), but had more than enough room for all. My wife and I enjoyed early morning walks around Harbour Island. Two items to be aware of: (1) Note that you must bring your own sheets and pillowcases (we almost missed that detail before we packed for vacation), and (2) the association "beach" is a disappointment (really just a rocky cove hemmed in by boat piers, that virtually no locals use for swimming).
We had a great time! Would stay here again with a larger group, or look for something closer to the ocean if we had a smaller group.

Response from VrboOwner on 26 Mar 2020
I am glad you enjoyed your vacation. It is standard practice in the area and clearly communicated in multiple places for guest to bring there own linens, most guests enjoy this as it gives the place the "feel" of their own bed. If guests are interested in linen rentals I have that ability through the cleaning service. The association beach has its strengths and weaknesses, by no means is it the picturesque Narragansett Town Beach. Its is convenient and quiet, featuring picnic tables and a fire pit. The association beach is great for launching kayaks, shellfishing, and swimming off the swim platform.

Great location! Wonderful neighborhood.!
We just enjoyed 7 great nights in this home which was perfect for our family. We had 7 adults, a 2 year old child and one old dog. We had plenty of room. The yard was a spacious corner lot in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a small private beach. The house is located within just a few miles of the town beach and several state beaches all of which are great. Ryan, the owner is wonderful to work with!
